This “tired looking” 2 bedroom period house located in Teddington has been extended to the rear, side and to the loft, making the most out of the available space to achieve an astonishing 5 bedroom house.
We have created a wonderful living space (Heart of the House) improving the lighting quality and making it feel spacious and airy with a better visual and physical connection to the garden.
By moving the entrance door to the newly created side extension, the formal living room to the front has been increased in size by taking the space of the previous entrance corridor.
The now extended fist and second floor accommodates the master bedrooms with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite and 3 more bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.
The old coal-cellar at the basement has been converted into two habitable rooms with lightwells bringing natural light into this level.
This has been a challenging and exiting project with fantastic results.
